1. Technologies We Use
Pangisha may use cookies, local storage, session storage, service worker cache and similar browser technologies. Some are set by Pangisha. Others may be set by providers we use for hosting, security, fonts, email, payment checkout or app install behaviour.
2. Why We Use Them
- Strictly necessary: login sessions, account routing, security checks, tenant app install support and saved interface state.
- Functional: remembering selected building, workspace, app install prompt state and form progress where applicable.
- Security and diagnostics: detecting abuse, preserving logs and diagnosing errors.
- Payments: enabling safe redirects to payment providers and returning payment status.
3. Analytics and Advertising
Pangisha does not need advertising cookies to run the core rent management system. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, this policy and the Privacy Policy should be updated with the provider, purpose and opt-out options.
4. Managing Storage
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking or deleting necessary storage may sign you out, stop the tenant app from opening correctly, prevent payment status from returning, or break portal features.
