Acceptable Use Policy
Keep it lawful, safe and respectful.
This policy protects tenant communications, payment tools and property records from misuse.
Effective date: 18 June 2026. This policy applies to Customers, admins, tenants and anyone else who accesses Pangisha.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use Pangisha for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory or misleading activity.
- Do not send notices, reminders or messages that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, spammy or unrelated to genuine property management.
- Do not enter tenant data unless you have authority and a lawful basis to process it.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership or authority over a property, or create fake payment or tenant records.
- Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, scrape data, overload systems or attempt to access another workspace.
- Do not use payment tools to test stolen cards, launder money, create fake transactions, abuse chargebacks or avoid provider rules.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit Pangisha except as allowed by a written agreement.
2. Communication Standards
Customers must make sure rent reminders, arrears messages, eviction-related notices, maintenance notices and account updates are accurate, respectful, lawful and sent only to the right recipients. Pangisha may log communications for audit, dispute and safety purposes.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, block messages, restrict features, suspend accounts, disable payment workflows, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or report conduct to authorities if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
